Injection Moulding Machine is the machine that is used for the processing of the plastic to its final product that we see into our day to day life at our home i.e we take example as when we wake up at morning we use tooth brush then after we use bucket, bowl, plastic dish, plate then at office we use pen also in our vehicals the plastic moulded parts are their.

Basically plastic granuals are inserted into the hot barrel of the machine and then injected to the mould where they get moulded and the product is ready. this process consist of two things one injection of granuals into mold and secound taking of the final product.

when the injection of the granuals take place in the vertical manner then we say it is the vertical injection process and if the granuals are injected horizantally then we say it is horizantal injection process.
